Special Dates
The Following dates are closed for pick-up/drop-offs: boarding will resume as normal during these times: 7/4, 11/28, 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 1/1/25
No Show, Cancellations, and Late pick-up/drop-off
We require at least 48 hour notice for cancellations- If less than 48 hours additional fees may be added to your account.
if NO-SHOW / LATE or EARLY additional fees may be added to your account.
Additional Charges
Dogs who frequently destroy/poop/pee etc. in their kennels may be charged additional cleaning fees.
Drop off/Pick up time Changes
Any changes to pick up and drop off times will need to be communicated/Requested and approved by ZZ Dogs 48 hours before reservation. We do NOT have to accommodate any requests less than 48 hours in advance.
Exceptions may be granted for unforeseen circumstances, such as an emergency, with proper notification to ZZ Dogs and Paws. Additional fees may be added to booking
